I need a person to rewrite a FAQ/training document for Customer Service to a differente format. The format will be a format optimized for Artificial Inteligence. No need to know, but be able to understand 10 top rules, apply them onto the text and change the format from texts, images and videos to the format we recommend. Work will be checked by an especialist and there might be optimizations to be done after the whole work is complete.
