Hello,

We are interested in cold-calling services. We are Definity First, a software development firm and Microsoft Partner with offices in Monterrey, Mexico.

Right now we have some digital marketing campaigns running, these are about a particular service and software solution called Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  We used to do all the calling process in coordination with the sales team, but we think it will be much more effective if we have a person 100% focused in this task. And, we prefer this person to perform the task in our offices.


Our leads fill out a contact form in our landing pages and then we have to call them within 24 hours. We will send you detailed contact information and a guide of what you will talk to them about. You have to speak a perfect English because our target market consists in companies from the US.


A few questions: how do you manage your fees? Do you charge per hour or per project? What methodology do you use? so we can align to it.
