We are looking for a professional who has real experience in social media management for premium content creators. We want someone who knows how to grow accounts from scratch on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, with proven traffic, engagement and conversion strategies.

🛠 Essential requirements:
✅ Demonstrable experience in social media management for premium content creators.
✅ Advanced knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (algorithms, trends and traffic strategies).
✅ Experience in generating traffic and converting followers into customers.
✅ Knowledge of how to avoid shadowbans and blocks on social networks.
✅ Ability to manage multiple accounts at once without losing quality.
✅ Use of programming and analysis tools (Metricool, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).

📋 Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter.
2. Avoid censorship and optimize social media exposure.
3. Grow accounts from scratch and increase engagement.
4. Optimize profiles and bios to maximize conversions.
5. Analysis of metrics and strategic adjustments to improve performance.
6. Organization of content and efficient time management to manage multiple accounts.
