We are looking for a long term, full-time creative marketing expert to join the team behind
Sellfast.com and 1-800-sell-fast. We are a real estate lead generation company based in Miami, FL.
The ideal candidate will be someone outgoing, with lots of positive energy and with relevant experience in content marketing, specifically creating and promoting great content for real estate websites or similar.
Holding a bachelors degree or higher in marketing, communication or english is a big plus.
You will not only be creating content, you will also be communicating your ideas to designers and explaining the designs to programmers so they can code them correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Create and continuously improve content for website's pages.
- Create and optimize landing pages for PPC campaigns.
- Create content for Facebook and Google Ads.
- Create content for email marketing campaigns.
- Write and submit monthly press releases.
- Help create scripts for radio ads.
- Help design and execute company's outreach strategy.
- Help design and execute company's PR Strategy
- Optional: Travel to Real Estate events throughout the US
