We are seeking a developer or small team to build a custom digital platform for Amapola Panadería, a small artisan European-style bakery located in Mexico through a bricks and clicks model. The primary goal is to create a seamless online experience that integrates with our existing physical store operations maintaining the bakery’s warm, human touch.

The platform should include the following main features:
Customer id system (digital card or qr code).
Customer memory: order history and frequent purchases.
Loyalty & rewards program.
Online orders for in-store pickup.
Product availability display in real time.
Admin dashboard for sales, inventory, and customer insights.
User-friendly interface
Administrative panel for managing products, orders, and customer data.

The goals are:
Optimize the in-store experience by reducing waiting times.
Strengthen customer loyalty and personalization.
Simplify internal sales and inventory processes.
Blend Amapola’s artisanal identity with smart digital innovation.

Expected deliverables:
Web or mobile app (customer side + admin side).
Short training or manual for internal use.
Basic maintenance or post-launch support.
