Customer Service Agent - Medical / Scientific (part-time, remote)

We are looking for a medical professional or scientist to spend about one hour per weekday to help our customers by answering their medical questions.


Success means learning our approach to medicine and successfully helping your patients.


You would have a huge impact on your patients/customers' lives, and you would have lots of potential for growth in responsibilities.


Pay
$6.25 USD / hour
Starting at 1 hours per weekday, with potential to increase hours -


Reports To:
The Customer Service Agent - Medical / Scientific will report to cofounder Kevin Tao


Responsibilities and Duties:
Helping Take Customer's Patient History
Answering Customers' Medical Questions on Email and in our Facebook Group
Customers typically have medical questions related to menopause, vaginismus, hysterectomies, cytolytic vaginosis, bacterial vaginosis, dryness, odor


Qualifications:
- Strong English Skills
- Medical background (nurse, doctor) or biology background (biology masters, bio research) required
- Gynecology / women's health background is a plus!
- Ability to learn and apply our approach to medicine

Computer, cell phone and internet connection

This job is as an independent contractor. You are going to start with a 3 month probation period. Depending on your performance, responsibilities will increase.
