We are hiring Decision Makers to help oversee your budgets and policies in our social community based network. The position would involve making decisions once or twice per month, and spending 1-2 hours per month, or 1-2 hours per week attending decision making sessions, and or voting online. Although volunteers would have more power and influence, it is difficult for many people to volunteer, so we are creating this position to allow people who need to get paid for their 1-2 hours during our meetings to ensure they are compensated for their time. Decision making and oversight of our workers is one of the most important parts of our network, and therefore our hope is to hire serious and consciousness people who really want to see a difference in the world. Some of our sessions happen at all times of day and night. So you should be able to be flexible and every few months do a session in the middle of the night as we are a global organization.

Project overview

As a social based network, we do not have large budgets, and are not particular able to meet our goals and achieve our mission. One of the most important things to improving our organizational systems is better accountability, and and making sure that workers are accountable to decision makers. The situation you would be getting involved in is a messy one. We are dealing with many many years of disorganization, chaos, overwhelm, loss of huge amounts of money, and missed deadlines. The effects of a business gone bad are tremendous and emotional, mental, and physical health problems can not be ignored or glossed over. Everything is one step at a time and it will be slow grilling work over long period of time if we are able to get out of this difficult situation. Anyone who takes on this position will need to learn and be open to understanding our mission and values, as well as understanding how budgets and organizational systems work. Anyone should be able to understand the budgets and be able to make a final decision. That means the most important thing is being present at our sessions and meetings to actively ask questions, understand concerns, and vote on proposals. We also communicate on discord, skype, and email and can make decisions online and vote online for those who are not able to make any particular session. As far as what we do, we primarily focus on finances and accounting, with most of our funds in Crypto including Bitcion, Ethereum, Binance, and other Crypto Tokens. Our goal is to support a variety of new economic models, new governance models, and new educational models to help improve the life experience on our planet. We would love to help address global climate destabilization, government corruption, and corporate greed, but most of our work is just focused on getting organized and dealing with finances and taxes to support other peoples social or non-profit programs. It doesn't matter what you want to do or how good it is for the world, if you can't first get organized and get your finances in order, it wont matter. So that is our primary focus at this time.
