Demodulate different types of signal for a dataset

We are creating a dataset containing modulated signals and their demodulated messages. At the moment, we have a list of modulated signals, using 24 different types of modulations (32PSK, 16APSK, 32qam, fm, gmsk, 32apsk, oqpsk, 8ask, bpsk, 8psk, am-ssb-sc, 4ask, 16psk, 64apsk, 128qam, 128apsk, am-dsb-sc, am-ssb-wc, 64qam, qpsk, 256qam, am-dsb-wc, ook, 16qam). The only info we have on them are: their modulation type and the number of samples recorded for each signal (all signals are 1024 samples long).


We require a Radio Frequency Specialist that can demodulate these types of signals, so we could complete our dataset.
I will upload a few different signals, so that you can see more specifically what the signals look like.
The preferred programming language for this project is python, but, if the solution is good enough, we will consider accepting other programming languages.
