The Designer / Marketing Support specialist will create, manage, and maintain all marketing and presentation materials that strengthen adet it solutions’ brand and visibility across both government and private sectors. This role combines graphic design, content creation, and brand management. The specialist will design capability statements, social media content, and proposal visuals that communicate ADET’s professionalism and technical expertise consistently across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Branding: Create visually consistent materials including capability statements, pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, and infographics.
Social Media Management: Plan, design, and schedule 2 branded posts per week across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Proposal & Presentation Support: Design professional templates and visuals for proposals, reports, and marketing decks.
Website & Digital Assets: Coordinate updates to ADET’s website visuals and ensure all online branding aligns with company messaging.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track post engagement, impressions, and report monthly social media performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Government Contracting and Private BD teams to design materials supporting outreach and bids.
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or digital marketing.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
Strong eye for visual consistency, layout, and typography.
Understanding of B2B branding, especially within IT or GovCon industries.
Ability to manage multiple design projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Experience creating proposal templates, capability statements, or corporate decks.
Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics or scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Comfortable working within brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
