The Government Contracting Lead at adet it solutions will manage the company’s end-to-end government contracting process for federal, state, and local opportunities. This includes identifying relevant bids, analyzing RFPs, preparing compliant proposals, maintaining registrations and certifications, coordinating pricing, managing subcontractor relationships, and tracking opportunities until award. The role ensures all proposals meet requirements and helps improve internal processes based on feedback.

Key Points:

Find and review RFPs, RFQs, ITBs.

Draft proposals, technical narratives, pricing sheets.

Maintain government registrations and compliance documents.

Coordinate with subcontractors and partners.

Track opportunities and report progress.

Refine proposal processes and templates.

Requirements:

3+ years in government contracting or proposal coordination.

Knowledge of far/dfars, gsa schedules, and state/local procurement systems.

Strong writing, organizational, and tech skills.
