The Private Business Development Manager will lead all client-facing growth initiatives for adet it solutions within the private and quasi-public sectors. This role is focused on outreach, relationship building, lead generation, and closing deals across industries like retail, healthcare, and professional services. You’ll own the entire private BD pipeline—from research and first contact to proposal delivery and client onboarding—working closely with marketing, design, and admin support to drive consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Research: Identify qualified prospects through targeted industry research, databases, and LinkedIn outreach. Outreach & Engagement: Execute email, Linkedin, and phone campaigns to introduce adet’s it, cyber, and telecom services. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM stages (New → Contacted → Discovery → Proposal → Closed) with clear notes and next steps. Client Communication: Schedule and lead discovery calls, understand client pain points, and recommend tailored service packages. Proposal & Quote Development: Collaborate with the designer and admin to prepare custom proposals, quotes, and follow-up messages. Partnerships & Events: Research and coordinate participation in networking events, associations, and trade groups. Performance Tracking: Generate weekly BD activity reports—calls made, meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals closed. Coordination: Work closely with the Program Lead to align outreach strategies with company goals and upcoming campaigns. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Proven track record of building and closing new business pipelines. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills. Strong organizational discipline with CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, or Airtable). Familiarity with IT services, managed solutions, or cybersecurity preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold-email tools, and CRM automation. Ability to write concise, persuasive client communications. Understanding of small-business challenges and service-based selling.
