Efootball Tournament Operations Assistant – Uk Based Only (Pilot Season)

We are launching a structured 16-player competitive eFootball tournament (Pilot Edition) based in the United Kingdom and are looking for a Tournament Operations Assistant to help manage the competition. This is a short-term pilot contract for 4 weeks.

Project Details:

*  The tournament will feature 16 players.
*  It is a 3-week structured competition, including a group stage and a knockout phase.
*  Communication will primarily be Discord-based.
*  The tournament platform will be Battlefy or a similar system.
*  All operations require adherence to UK timezone.

Responsibilities:

*  Configure and manage the chosen tournament platform.
*  Supervise match scheduling to ensure timely play.
*  Validate match results based on submitted screenshots.
*  Ensure all deadlines are respected by participants.
*  Maintain structured and clear communication within the Discord server.
*  Escalate any disputes to the Founder for a final decision.

Ideal Candidate:

*  Must be physically based in London or the United Kingdom. Applications from outside the UK will not be considered.
*  Possesses prior experience managing online gaming tournaments.
*  Familiar with competitive eFootball or FIFA environments.
*  Demonstrates strong organizational skills and professional communication.
*  Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
*  Available during evenings (UK time) for tournament operations.
