Hi,
I need someone that can offer customer service support to the clients of our site. Mainly through WhatsApp and Email.
Skills we need:
- shopify / oberlo experience
- excel / word
- customer service experience
- enlish level, hight / native

job description
the main job is to contact every client after their purchase (whatapp) to confirm the order or ask for information if needed.

Answer emails (there are few) and fulfill the orders in Oberlo.
You don't have to allocate many time every day, but you must keep it updated every day.
