Serve as personal assistant to the CEO / Founder of the brand.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and external stakeholders and suppliers.
Perform the tasks of receiving calls, receiving messages, and distributing correspondence.
Respond to requests and inquiries appropriately
Maintain agendas, set up meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
Make timely payments to vendors
Write in dictations and minutes, and enter data accurately
Produce reports, presentations, and summaries
Demonstrable experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant, or in another secretarial position
Mastery of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Mastery of English and Spanish / written and oral
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize different tasks in the daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
