We are seeking a dedicated part-time Community Manager to join our team and collaborate on projects focused on cryptocurrencies and digital assets. This role involves active management and engagement across our social media profiles. The ideal candidate will stay up to date on the latest news, trends, and major developments within the industry, proactively proposing content ideas that align with current market trends. Responsibilities include writing engaging posts tailored to various platforms, creating or editing visual content to accompany these posts, and producing short videos suitable for formats like Reels, Shorts, or TikTok. You will be expected to identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and overall community growth, as well as analyze content performance to implement continuous improvements.
We are looking for a profile with demonstrable experience in social media management and solid knowledge of the blockchain sector, cryptocurrencies, and Web3. The ability to identify trending topics before they become widely popular is highly valued. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential, along with self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Proficiency with basic design and video editing tools is required. Sufficient English proficiency is necessary to follow international industry sources, media, and influencers.
