Virtual Assistant & Talent Scout for Latam Live-Streaming Influencers

We are a rapidly expanding global live-streaming and entertainment agency with a strong focus on the vibrant Latin American market.
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and social media-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Talent Scout.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify, contact, and recruit promising micro-influencers and content creators specifically for our live-streaming projects on TikTok.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM social media landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage with and attract new talent.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging micro-influencers and content creators across Latin America.
Proactively reaching out to potential talent through various social media channels and communication methods. Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and creators.
Presenting the agency's value proposition and onboarding new talent for TikTok live-streaming initiatives.
Tracking and reporting on recruitment efforts and success metrics. We are looking for someone who is sharp, organized, and passionate about the entertainment industry and social media trends in Latin America.
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for effective communication within the target market.
