FinTech / Crypto Trading Operations MVP — Senior Full-Stack Developer or Development Team

# Description

We are looking for an experienced software development studio or senior full-stack team to build a secure FinTech / crypto trading operations platform.

The project is planned in two phases.

Phase 1 will be an internal mvp with approximately 7 core modules focused on private trading operations, portfolio management, trade planning, dashboards, controlled exchange/api testing, risk review, journal/logging, internal account views, audit logs, and security safeguards.

Phase 2 may later expand into a larger platform with approximately 19–20 modules, including additional operational, user-facing, administrative, communication, payment, education, support, and community-related modules.

At this stage, we will only share a preliminary scope. Detailed workflows, trading logic, business logic, automation logic, and proprietary processes will be discussed only after NDA.

The application must be non-custodial. Assets remain in the user’s own exchange account, not inside our application. The platform functions only as a secure operational channel.

We are looking for strong experience in:

* Full-stack development: frontend, backend, database, APIs
* FinTech, crypto, trading, or financial-data applications
* Cryptocurrency exchange API integrations
* Experience with exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, Kraken, Coinbase, okx, mexc, or similar
* ccxt or direct exchange apis
* balances, orders, fills, fees, cancellations, websockets, and reconciliation
* api key security, encryption, kms / secrets manager / vault or equivalent
* audit logs, safeguards, permission controls, and traceability
* clean operational dashboards and strong ui/ux
* cloud deployment, monitoring, backups, and scalable architecture

trading knowledge is a plus. We prefer candidates who understand trading dashboards, portfolios, order lifecycle, P&L, DCA/average price, risk management, exchange balances, fees, fills, and trader workflows.

Before hiring, selected candidates may be asked to answer a short technical validation document and participate in a live technical call with screen sharing. We will not ask for confidential client information, private credentials, protected code, or anything that violates an NDA.

1. Have you built FinTech, crypto, trading, exchange API, or financial-data systems before?
2. Which crypto exchanges have you integrated with personally?
3. Have you used CCXT or direct exchange APIs?
4. Have you handled balances, orders, fills, fees, cancellations, WebSockets, or reconciliation?
5. Do you understand trading platforms, trading dashboards, or trader workflows?
6. How would you safely handle exchange API keys and sensitive credentials?
7. What stack would you recommend for Phase 1 and why?
8. Would you work alone or with a team?
9. Can you show relevant non-confidential work in a live technical call?
10. Are you comfortable working under NDA and with the codebase owned by the client from day one?

We are looking for a serious long-term technical partner, not just a generic app developer.
