We are seeking a highly skilled Facebook Ads specialist to join our team for ongoing campaign audits and optimization across multiple client accounts. This role requires a professional who can not only manage and optimize ad campaigns but also contribute creatively to ad content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Refine ad copywriting to enhance audience connection and engagement.
* Optimize Facebook ad campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs through data-driven insights.
* Design high-performing infographics and visuals, leveraging graphic design skills to create compelling ad formats.
* Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, images, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize campaign results and support scaling efforts.
* Perform detailed audits of individual ad campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for step-by-step performance improvement.
We work with a diverse portfolio of clients and are looking for a partner who can systematically audit each ad campaign. Payment will be structured per audit, with the potential for a long-term collaboration involving numerous future audits if initial results are strong.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise in Facebook Ads management and campaign optimization.
* Strong graphic design capabilities for creating effective ad visuals.
* Excellent ad copywriting skills to craft engaging and persuasive content.
* Availability for regular status meetings to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
* Great English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential for team collaboration.
