VERO is seeking a dedicated and visionary Founding Community & Culture Lead to shape and grow its unique network. This is not a gambling community; instead, vero is building a vibrant network of forecasters, macro thinkers, ai-native users, crypto researchers, futurists, builders, and probabilistic thinkers. We are looking for an individual who is obsessed with building things that should exist in the future and can significantly impact the community's culture, conversation, tone, onboarding process, and overall perception.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Twitter/X.
* Curate and foster a high-quality community environment.
* Lead and engage discussions on Discord/Telegram channels.
* Ensure narrative consistency across all community interactions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators and key influencers.
* Amplify important signals and insights within the network.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Deep understanding of crypto-native ecosystems and culture.
* Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Strong internet intuition and understanding of online dynamics.
* Proven ability to identify and filter low-quality content and interactions.
* A genuine passion for future systems and innovative thinking.
This is a remote position offering very high ownership. We are looking for a proactive individual eager to contribute significantly to VERO's foundational growth.
