Automation Specialist for Marketing & Sales Workflows (Make, n8n, Zapier)

Job Description:
We're a performance marketing agency looking for an experienced automation specialist to help us build and maintain workflows that streamline our internal processes.
What you'll work on:

- Building automated workflows in Make, n8n, and Zapier
- Connecting Hubspot crm with various marketing and sales tools via api
- setting up data flows between our tech stack (email platforms, crm, internal tools)
- optimizing existing workflows for reliability and speed
- documenting processes so the team can maintain them long-term

our stack:

- hubspot (crm)
- make, n8n, zapier (automation)
- instantly (email)
- various apis and webhooks

what we're looking for:

- strong hands-on experience with at least two of: make, n8n, zapier
- solid understanding of apis, webhooks, and data transformation
- hubspot experience is a big plus
- self-starter who can execute tasks quickly and accurately
- good communication in english (german is a bonus)
