The core components of the project include:
* Backend Development: Build a lightweight backend using Python, implementing robust RESTful APIs for data exchange and functionality.
* Frontend Development: Develop a modern and intuitive user interface using React and
Next.js to ensure a smooth user experience.
* AI Chatbot Integration: Implement a basic customer support chatbot powered by ChatGPT to handle common queries and provide instant assistance.
* WhatsApp API Integration: Integrate the Whatsapp api to allow customers to communicate with the ai assistant directly through whatsapp.
* Database Management: Utilize PostgreSQL for efficient storage of user conversations and historical request data.
