As one of our Client Success Managers, you will be responsible for the continual progress and implementation of your client's projects from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate:
-Will work primarily with clients to gather information for projects, and with the production team to execute tasks and complete projects efficiently and on time.
-Is a natural born communicator and leader, working with clients makes you happy!
-Can work one-on-one with client’s to gather requests and translate them into tasks.
-Can manage a full inbox with client requests, inquiries and suggestions.
-Believes to do lists rule the day and at the end of the day you come pretty close to crossing off all items on your list if not all tasks
-Knows that it's the little tasks that keep a business up and running and enjoys working out the fine details
-Is willing to jump in and solve problems and become the expert whenever needed
-Prioritizes organization and communication in a team
-Thinks ahead and asks good questions
-Makes adjustments to your understanding of executing tasks, commitment to improving
-Values autonomy and a flexible schedule while balancing availability to meet client deadlines and fulfill role responsibilities
Works independently with efficiency, and is resourceful.
Understands and honors team deadlines
Can track and manage multiple tasks in progress and ensure its completion
Is hungry and highly motivated to work and will always give 150%, whether the task is mapping out project deliverables or tasking web developers

Skills/Requirements:

-Familiarity with: Asana, Google Drive, support desk ticket system such as helpscout, Google ---Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, experience with CRM such as Active Campaign or Mailchimp.
-Familiarity with Project Management software and processes
-Excellent written communication skills
-Advanced time management and interpersonal skills
-Confident enough to speak with clients and lead a meeting with medical doctors and other company stakeholders.
-Applicants should be based in North/Central/South America/ Europe
-Able to work EST, from 9 AM - 5 PM EST
-Follows through and gets things done
-Ability to handle multiple moving parts at once
-Mindset to set goals and then take action to fulfill them
-A sensei master of organization and management
-Able to bounce back from constructive criticism with renewed dedication
-Always learning, growing, and expanding your boundaries
-2-4 years experience in project management or client management
-Experience with Digital Marketing strategy preferred
-Experience with SaaS preferred
