We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Remote Customer Success Manager to join our US-based team for Stride CRM, a platform built on GoHighLevel for real estate and land investors. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' success and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead 1-on-1 client onboarding calls, guiding new users through the platform setup and initial usage.
Configure GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-accounts, including setting up sales pipelines, marketing automations, A2P SMS registration, and phone system integration.
Proactively monitor client account health to identify potential issues and prevent churn.
Provide expert troubleshooting for complex platform issues, ensuring seamless operation for our users.
Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 junior support representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
Deep, hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform is essential.
Strong spoken English communication skills are a must for effective client interaction.
Availability during US Eastern Time hours is required.
