We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Manager to handle our outbound sales activities using the Highlevel CRM platform. The primary responsibilities include managing leads within the crm, performing outbound calls to potential clients, booking appointments or demos, and engaging with leads through messaging (sms, email, etc.) Within the Highlevel system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working with CRM systems, specifically Highlevel. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking lead interactions, and ensuring a smooth flow from initial contact to booked appointment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize leads within the Highlevel CRM.
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Send follow-up messages and communications via the CRM.
- Track and report on lead activity and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead management strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably Highlevel.
- Strong outbound calling and telemarketing skills.
- Ability to book appointments and manage a sales pipeline.
- Excellent written communication skills for lead messaging.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
