We are seeking a highly skilled and confident English-speaking professional to join our team as a Technical Meeting Support Partner. This role is crucial for bridging communication between our clients and development teams, ensuring smooth project execution and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend initial client meetings, introductions, technical discussions, and project discovery sessions.
- Clearly and professionally communicate project requirements, technical capabilities, timelines, and potential challenges.
- Participate in technical interviews and coding assessments when required, demonstrating relevant skills through screen sharing.
- Support ongoing client meetings and maintain clear communication throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate with developers and project managers to understand project progress, requirements, and technical issues.
- Help build strong client relationships and contribute to successful project acquisition and retention.
- Provide meeting summaries, clarify action items, and ensure effective communication between clients and development teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, ideally at a native or near-native level.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, development workflows, and technical architecture.
- Ability to answer technical questions confidently and explain solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with coding interviews, technical presentations, screen sharing, and live problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with distributed development teams.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with common technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React,
Node.js, Python, Java, or other modern development stacks.
