Hr conslutant for Think Tank(Part-time)

I'm looking for an HR consultant with a significant experience in recruitment, particularly in India, to help with our candidate search and initial evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find suitable mid-level candidates: The ideal consultant should be able to find candidates with the appropriate experience and qualifications for a mid-level position.

- Resume Screening: You will be tasked with screening resumes to find the most suitable candidates for further evaluation.

- Conducting simple interviews: After the initial screening process, the consultant should conduct simple interviews with potential candidates to further assess their suitability for the position.

- Posting job listings: The consultant should have the ability to post job listings on major part-time platforms,such as Linkdeln and Naukri.

Our business belongs to the International Research Think Tank industry, so a background or experience in this field would be a great advantage. However, a strong recruitment background, particularly in the Indian market, is the most crucial requirement for this project. Were looking for a consultant who can deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner to fill a mid-level role.
