Position Summary:
We seek a knowledgeable and dedicated Human Resources Instructor to deliver engaging and interactive HR courses online. This role requires practical hr experience and a strong grasp of modern hr practices, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and strategic hr management. The ideal candidate will support students in their learning journey and help them develop the necessary skills to succeed in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver online HR courses that align with Conley University’s curriculum standards.
Provide students with practical hr insights through case studies, real-life examples, and current hr trends.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Update course materials to reflect the latest HR practices and industry standards.
Support and mentor students to enhance their understanding of HR concepts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hr field, with expertise in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and hr strategy.
Proven experience in online or in-person teaching is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital teaching tools.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
