We are a us-based e-commerce holding company, seeking an hr recruiter based in argentina.

We are looking to hire the best Video Editors and Graphic Designers in the region, with a specific focus on talent skilled in creating high-converting e-commerce Facebook ads.

Must haves:

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Must have proven experience owning the entire hiring process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Creative Portfolio Pro: You can expertly check and grade creative portfolios for e-commerce quality.
- Sourcing Platform Master: Expert at using local platforms for outreach and managing candidates on Upwork and Workana (as a client/employer).
- Local Market Strategist: You know the competitive Argentinian market, including where the best talent is found and their salary expectations.
- High-Energy Communication: Must be proactive, clear, and able to represent our fast-paced US E-commerce culture.
