Configurar theme de wordpress según indicaciones:

Compre un theme de wordpress (http://houzez.co/) y deseo configurarlo según algunos requerimientos, el theme tiene diferentes demos, necesito utilizar uno de ellos o copiar el estilo de uno( por ejemplo: http://houzez01.favethemes.com/) y configurar la página de acuerdo a diferentes especificaciones que aparecen dentro las opciones de http://houzez01.favethemes.com/  y configurar lo que se requiera para darle funcionalidad a la página.
La forma de la página ya la tengo y la mayor parte del contenido también.

Tambien se requiere:

- Optimización Seo
- Optimización para carga rápida de la página
- Instalar plug in de chat o chatbot.
