Lead Processor/Buyer (Real Estate)

We are looking to hire and fill a vacancy to EXCLUSIVELY handle our research and sales operation for a real estate investment company. You will be experienced working in a remote team and be able to speak English fluently.

If you are a top notch in sales and lead processing, then we want you on our team!  this is a long term contract with room to grow, learn and improve earning potential for the right person.

lead processor and buyer (voice, english/spanish bilingual)
processes leads from research to the point of making offer on a property. Speaks directly with the property owner to determine the details of the property and the ownership situation surrounding the property. Speaks with relatives to determine heirship relationships and get contact information for other owners.
Speaks with friends and relatives of Property Owner trying to determine his contact information.

Conducts phone negotiations with sellers, prepares and send contracts to seller, coaches sellers through the execution and return of the contract. Works with sellers to complete any title curative issues. Follow up with sellers not ready to commit to a contract.


Skills: Excellent phone voice, ability to build strong rapport over the phone, ability to close the sale over the phone.
