The project is intended to solve the needs of notaryzing documents (the front of the solution is needed to be in spanish and english). The source code should be provided. And, eventually, it is possible to continue with the project in the future and hire the person who originally developed it.


The process should be this way:
the user sends a request based on a determined number of options: property deeds, wills and powers of attorney or others.
The notary evaluates the request and make a proposal
The user accepts or reject the proposal
In case of acceptance, the user has to authenticate himself using biometrics for reading a document id and compare the face of this document id against the image of the face captured at the time.
Electronically sign and apply eNotary seal.

The customer (user) do the payment.
This should be developed in a web format for PCs and cell phones.
