Session recording feature for PC.- Record video of what users are doing at during the working journey. Screenshots each 3 mins and store in a log.

Web sites and applications.- Every action undertaken by users: websites visitng, app use, email activity including webmail, social media, searches conducted by users. Screenshots of the use. Store in a log.


Email activity.- Incoming and outcoming email contents. Capture of text sent. Store in a log.


File transfer activity.- Files moved to other locations,  including removable media devices, screenshots. Store in a log.

Instant messaging.- Messages sent in google hangouts, messenger FB, whatsapp and linkedin.store in a log.

Behaviour Rules and DLP.- Block any email that has confidential information based on patterns like credit card number.store in a log.

Risk Rules.-  For all previous features, we will need to create rules that let us know if the action of the user is related to a hihg, medium or low risk. Store in a log.

We need reports of all previous activities,
