We look at everything, from colors, cuts, to motion graphics. The ideal editor for us is someone using the full Adobe suite. As mentioned earlier, it's a long-term position in which we aim to have a lasting collaboration and always strive to upgrade the quality of the work, as well as the satisfaction for the editor.
