We are seeking an experienced web developer to create a clean, modern, and highly functional website for a luxury villa located in Morocco. The primary goal of this project is to showcase the property attractively, enable direct guest bookings, and ensure seamless, real-time availability synchronization with our existing Airbnb and VRBO listings to prevent any double-bookings. The website should be built on a ready-made template, which will need to be expertly adapted and styled to perfectly match the villa's unique aesthetic and branding.

A direct booking form capable of collecting all necessary guest details and reservation specifics.
Robust two-way calendar synchronization with Airbnb.

It is crucial that the calendar synchronization is reliable and operates in near real-time to completely eliminate the risk of double-bookings. The final website must be fully responsive across all devices, load quickly for an optimal user experience, and be designed for easy content updates by the client post-handover.
Deliverables for this project include the live, fully functional website, all associated source files, and a comprehensive hand-over guide. This guide should empower us to independently manage rates, update photos, and refresh content going forward.
