Marketing and Sales on Instagram Project

Hello, my name is Lissette. I am the owner and creator of an online store, PrendaBella.com, that features women's luxury fashion and accessories from Latin American designers that work ethically and fairly with artisans. I import the products directly from the designers and keep and inventory.
My target client is Latin American women living in the US that purchase higher-end designer fashion.
My web page has been designed and is running smoothly with Shopify. I'm in need of a person that is knowledgeable and that has experience in general sales and social media to help with marketing and sales strategies, mainly on Instagram, to generate and guarantee sales of my products.
I want to improve the posts messages and hashtags, do Instagram ads, monitor the responses and analytics, and work on a strategy that yields conversions.  You can look at my Instagram page, prendabellaboutique, which I currently run myself. My goal is the get quick results with conversions.
