We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team for an ongoing cold calling initiative. The primary objective of this role is to connect with independent contractors, including roofers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and painters, in the Florida and Texas regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing our innovative software tool and guiding them through the sign-up process. This is a performance-based role, with compensation provided per qualified customer acquisition. We offer a flexible work schedule with no cap on potential earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute outbound cold calls to a provided list of independent contractors.
* Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our software tool.
* Successfully onboard new contractors by facilitating their sign-up.
* Maintain accurate records of all call activities and outcomes using a simple tracking system.
Requirements:
* Excellent English communication skills, with a near-native or accent-neutral proficiency.
* Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness in making outbound calls to US business owners.
* Prior experience in cold calling or sales is highly preferred.
* Access to a reliable phone and internet connection is essential.
* Ability to accurately track and report call data.
