Need Inventory Specialist for internet-store

We are looking for Inventory Manager for our internet-stores.

Our company is engaged in sales of different goods (FMCG, not food). Sales are conducted via the Internet in North America. We have our own warehouse, where our employees carefully check the quality of the product.
In five  years we have grown into a strong and efficiently developing company.

Main responsibilities
Analyzing and updating inventory levels using Excel.
Sales statistics
Inventory planning.
Inventory ordering.
Everyday communication with suppliers.
Control shipments from supplier to our warehouses
Control shipments between our 2 warehouses

Work details:
We have 2 warehouses
There are 6 suppliers to communicate with.
We have  3,000 SKUs

Our expectations
English: written and fluent spoken.
Willingness to work with technical documentation in English.
!!! Advanced Excel Skills.
Strong analytical mind.

Good problem solving and organizational skills.
Detail oriented, focused, team player, responsible and reliable.
Experience working with suppliers and inventory is a plus.

Be ready to work in EST:  8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Be ready to get test task with Excel.


Work conditions
Remote job: you can live anywhere in the world.
Official contract.
Full-time job: 5 days, 40 hours week.

Work schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
