As our Operation Manager & Product Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and vision to help grow the company. You will have the rare opportunity to play a leading role in the company and work as a key member of the senior management team, and you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

As our Product Lead, you will work side-by-side the CEO and product strategist to implement new products for hyper-growth while heading the continuous improvement and expansion of existing products.

Our ideal candidate:
[+] Has 3-5 years of experience working as a Head Of Operations or in the Operations Management field.

[+] Has experience working in a start-up environment, marketing agency or SaaS company.
If comfortable working with SaaS products, such as CRMs and landing page builders. (Experience in High Level, Clickfunnel, Active Campaigns and Kajabi are a plus!)

[+] Has experience developing and implementing processes, procedures, and controls to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, as well as drive operational efficiencies
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and at ease with change and transformation.

[+] Believes in forward-thinking and feedback-driven leadership. Knows how and when to provide feedback to team members but also encourages team members to provide feedback themselves.
Believes in exceptional customer support and the customer journey.

Project overview

Responsibilities: [+] You will own the client experience and journey - updating and managing the client portal and documentation for completeness. Creating & optimizing client onboarding and client offboarding procedures. [+] Work side-by-side with the CEO to develop business strategy and vision. Ensure that all team members are working towards the collective goal. [+] Track KPIs such as client churn, employee churn, profitability, billable hours and growth of our recurring SaaS revenue streams [+] Working with team leads of the program delivery and client satisfaction team as well as the tech team to set appropriate KPIs for efficiency and productivity. [+] Be the owner and implementation manager for new products and services. Create documentation, including deployment SOPs and training new team members on new product implementations. [+] Continuously work on expanding and optimizing existing products. [+] Become an expert in the High Level platform, monitor updates and new features. Implement new features as needed. Act as product lead and consultant for all High Level inquiries. [+] Monitor product utilization rate and client satisfaction rate. Identify what features are most valuable to clients and expand on those features. [+] Identify bottlenecks and address under-performing employees. [+] Monitor resource allocation, identify when new team members need to be added to the team. [+] Manage team time-off, hiring & staffing correctly (following existing procedures) [+] Create and optimize onboarding & offboarding procedures for new team members. [+] Research and implement new technology to increase efficiency and maximize productivity.
