Paid Video Data Collection: Record Everyday Household Activities for Research

We are seeking reliable participants for a paid, remote data collection project focused on everyday household activities. Participants will record themselves performing common tasks such as cooking, cleaning, tidying, and laundry using a smartphone mounted on their head for hands-free recording. No prior filming experience is required; participants must simply follow instructions carefully and ensure recordings are clear and continuous from start to finish.

The project duration is 1 month, requiring a total of 100 hours of recording (approximately 25 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. Compensation is $400 USD for 100 accepted hours, paid in milestones of $100 for every 25 accepted hours. Only recordings that meet specified quality standards will be compensated.

Eligible countries for participation include: United States, Argentina, Australia, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Venezuela. Submissions from other countries will be blocked by the application.

Required equipment includes an iPhone 12 or newer (excluding 16e and 17e), Google Pixel 6 to 9 (including Pro models), or Samsung Galaxy S21 to S26 (including + and Ultra models). Participants must also arrange for a head-mounted phone holder.

Privacy is paramount: participants must not record other people's faces (especially minors) or personal documents. Comprehensive guidelines will be provided to all selected participants.
