My project is to process files using a Google Cloud Processor. The specific type of file I need processed is PDF, and I would like to use Python as the programming language for the project. The desired output format for the processing is CSV. I am looking for help to efficiently complete this task to my specification. The Google Cloud Platform will be used as the basis for the processing, and the programming language can be either Python or Java, but Python would be preferred. The end goal for this project will be for the pdf files to be processed and the results stored in csv format. The successful freelancer must have expertise with both Google Cloud Platform and the specified programming languages.

Contexto Geral do Projeto

I want to "read" specific data from pdf files of SDS's (Safety Data Sheet, a standard document to transport chemical documents). The Google Process will find data like manufacturer, product name and global ID of the product compnents and organize in a CSV file
