Descobri que minha loja, provavelmente, foi feita em cima de um tema/plugin que não é original e isso traz algumas instabilidades.  No geral, o site está bem otimizado e os erros não são tão frequentes, mas acontecem.

A customização foi feita, pelo antigo dev, no tema mãe, e não nos temas filhos, o que tranca a atualização do tema e acontecem outros erros quando há atualização dos plugins.

Preciso ver se é possível alterar o tema e manter as customizações e layout atual ou se é possível ajustar o tema atual.
