We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced cold caller to reach out to a large list of property owners and determine if they have any interest in selling their homes. Your role is to gauge their interest and set an appointment with our Acquisitions Manager. This is a remote, project-based (or hourly) opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly yet professional tone, and the ability to handle objections.

✅ Call property owners from a provided list and see if they are interested in selling ✅ Follow a simple script to engage sellers and gauge their level of interest ✅ Gather basic property details (condition, price expectations, timeline) ✅ Set up appointments for our Acquisitions Manager to follow up ✅ Log call details and track interested sellers ✅ Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
