I am an independent Real Estate agent with re/max in roatan, honduras, seeking a freelancer to assist with setting up my customer relationship management (crm) system. The primary goal is to configure the CRM for efficient newsletter distribution, lead tracking, and transaction management. I have Hubspot (free version). I require technical assistance with the setup, but I wish to maintain full control over the content of the newsletters and the overall functionality of the CRM to ensure it aligns with my business needs without being overly complex. Additionally, I need support for a basic, minimal, and ongoing social media marketing campaign. This would involve weekly posts on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to maintain an active online presence and engage with potential clients in North America and Honduras (mostly English speaking prospects). The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM configuration for marketing purposes and social media content scheduling and management.
