Recruitment and Coordination Specialist for Voice Recording Project (Colombian Accent)

We are the Kaiyisa Team and are seeking a dedicated local freelancer or small team to manage the recruitment and coordination of participants for an important voice recording project on behalf of Huawei. This project requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure all requirements are met.

Project Requirements:
* Recruit a minimum of 100 native Colombian participants.
* Participants must represent a diverse age range, approximately between 5 and 70 years old.
* Maintain a gender balance of approximately 50% male and 50% female participants.
* All participants must possess the required local Colombian accent/dialect.
* Each participant will be required to record approximately 300 sentences.
* The estimated recording time per participant is approximately 1.5 hours.
* Participants will utilize an Android phone and a specific recording application that will be provided by us.
* All necessary scripts and detailed recording instructions will be furnished by our team.

Recording Quality Standards:
* Recordings must be conducted in a quiet environment, free from any background noise.
* Ensure there is no echo or reverb present in the recordings.
* Participants must adhere strictly to all provided instructions.
* Approximately 2 seconds of silence are required before and after each recorded sentence.
* All recordings must be complete and consistently meet the specified quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:
* Proactively recruit suitable participants who meet all demographic and linguistic criteria.
* Thoroughly check and verify participant age, gender, and native language/accent requirements.
* Efficiently schedule recording sessions for all recruited participants.
* Provide clear guidance and coordinate participants throughout the recording process.
* Ensure that all recordings strictly follow the project's technical and quality requirements.
* Deliver the completed recordings and associated data to our team in a timely manner.
