We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our team at The Camp Transformation Center, a fast-growing fitness brand dedicated to changing lives. Your main role will be to call warm leads, follow a proven script, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (no cold calling)

Follow a script to set appointments for in-person consultations

Track and report daily performance

Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects

Work U.S. Hours (PST preferred)

Requirements:

Perfect, fluent English is a must

Strong communication and people skills

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Reliable internet and quiet work environment

This is a remote, long-term opportunity with bonus potential based on performance.

We specialize in helping people achieve life-changing results through structured fitness programs, nutritional guidance, and a supportive community environment. Our mission is to transform lives both physically and mentally. Our website is: www.TheCampTC.com As part of our growth, we are expanding our virtual team and seeking a remote Appointment Setter to support our lead follow-up efforts. The purpose of this role is to contact potential clients who have shown interest in our programs, build rapport, and schedule them for in-person consultations at one of our local Camp locations. This position is critical to the success of our sales process — the more appointments set, the more lives we can impact through our programs. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, discipline, and a passion for helping people take the first step in their transformation journey.
