🚀 Sales Closer for AI Automation Startup (20% Commission per Deal)
I’m a solo founder building a fast-moving ai automation startup that helps businesses streamline workflows using the latest ai tools. I’m looking for a Sales Lead / Closer who can bring in clients and help us grow from the ground up.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
Identify and close clients for our AI automation services
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, pitch, follow-up, and closing
Collaborate directly with me to improve offers and target markets
💰 What You’ll Earn:
20% commission on each deal you close
No cap — your earnings grow with each client you bring in
✅ You Should Be:
Experienced in closing B2B deals (agency, SaaS, or tech sales preferred)
Fluent in English and confident on calls
Self-motivated — you thrive without needing hand-holding
Comfortable joining an early-stage venture where your impact is direct
