Sales & Community Engagement Specialist for Membership Conversion

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Community Engagement Specialist to convert free-guide subscribers into paying members of the Gentlemen's Society community. This role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, and guiding potential members through the sign-up process.

What You'll Do:
- Message and call new free-guide leads promptly after they opt-in.
- Understand individual challenges and demonstrate how the Gentlemen's Society community provides solutions.
- Address questions and overcome objections related to price, time commitment, and perceived effectiveness.
- Facilitate the sign-up process, ensuring new members successfully log in and begin their journey.
- Implement follow-up strategies for leads who become unresponsive.
- Accurately log all lead interactions and outcomes within our CRM system.
- Identify and refer strong, high-intent members to the coaching team for advanced offers.
- Consistently meet weekly targets for leads contacted, conversations held, and new members joined.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or community management.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach via phone, text, and direct messages.
- Possess a friendly, direct communication style with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to discuss sensitive topics like confidence, dating, and relationships with empathy and without judgment.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and equipped with reliable internet access.
- Experience with subscription or membership products is a plus.
