We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to act as a secret shopper to thoroughly evaluate our customer service process. The primary task involves two main stages: first, submitting a request through a provided link with specific instructions, and second, being prepared to receive an inbound call from our customer service team. During this call, you will be required to ask a predefined set of questions that we will provide.
A crucial part of this project is to provide an accurate and complete transcription of the entire call in English. While you are encouraged to use AI-powered voice-to-text tools to assist in the transcription process, it is absolutely essential that you meticulously review and verify the transcription for accuracy before submission. AI tools can introduce errors, and a reliable, precise record of the interaction is paramount for us to effectively assess our service quality. A Spanish version of the call transcription is not required.
Any costs incurred for purchasing a product as part of this evaluation will be fully reimbursed by us. We need a reliable and precise record of the interaction to assess our service quality and identify areas for improvement.
