Seeking English/Spanish speaking legal counsel to assist with registering as Operator in Spain

Our business is a SaaS company that has received a notification that in order to continue as a reseller of phone numbers and minutes in Spain we must complete the process of registering as an operator.

We are urgently seeking Spanish/English speaking counsel to help with determining if our business falls under the scope of providing services falling within CNMCs definition of Electronic Communications Services (ECS). If the answer is yes, then we need to apply no later than September 30, 2023.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of applying as a reseller in Spain that can swiftly assist with this time sensitive task.
