This job is short term, but if all goes well & you do the job well, I would reach out to you again if I ever need someone with your skills.
I'm looking for an easy to get along with Mexican mediator anywhere in Mexico who has good skills in getting what I need. This is a virtual task. I'm not looking for a rule follower, rather someone more down to earth.
1. I need someone to negotiate down the price of the escalating houses for rent in Mexico. I'm looking for a house for rent in QRO, Michiocan for $7000 pesos, & several I like are over my budget. I can go $500-1000 more, but that's about it.
2. If they are looking for all of these things in order to rent like an aval, employment pay stubs (I'm self employed), etc. I need you to be able to talk them out of it. I'm an honest person who always pays her rent, & so far I've rented 2 houses that didn't demand any of these things, but things are getting worse.
3. Negotiate the contract & talk to them if they refuse to fix things in the house & put that in the contract. You don't have to be a lawyer to do this, I care more than you are a good negotiator with difficult people & you know what should go into a contract to protect the tenant. This would be a separate task not included in the price I just posted in this hiring ad.
